How do I contact Support?

To contact our Support team, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the game:


  2. Press the Support button at the bottom:


  3. Select a category relevant to your question.


  4. You will see the article list. Select the subject you have a question about. If the information does not answer your question, press Submit a request.


  5. Select a relevant question type. Then fill out the form, describe your problem in detail, and tap Send:


Selecting a relevant question type is essential: it helps our specialists solve your problem faster. For example, you need to choose Payment issues if you have not received purchased goods.

If you cannot submit a ticket from within the game, do the following:

  1. Press the three-line button in the upper-right corner of this page:


  2. Then select Submit a request.
