Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the game:
Press the Support button at the bottom:
Select a category relevant to your question.
You will see the article list. Select the subject you have a question about. If the information does not answer your question, press Submit a request.
Select a relevant question type and fill out the form. In the Email field, type in the email address to which you want to receive our replies. When everything is done, tap Send:
- You will receive a letter with the request confirmation and the ticket number: "Your ticket #XXXXXXX has been received!". Wait for a reply from our specialists.
Selecting a relevant question type is essential — it helps our specialists solve your problem faster. For example, you need to choose Payment issues if you have not received purchased goods.
