I can't make a payment

In this article, you can find out what you should do if you cannot make a payment. Select the name of your device's operating system.

Try switching to an alternative payment method. If this does not help, contact Google Play Support:

1. Open Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap your avatar. 
3. Go to the bottom of the list and find Help & feedback. 
4. Select Contact us at the bottom of the page.
5. Fill out the form and wait for the answer.

If the Сontact us button is not there for some reason, you can initiate a dialogue with Google Support following this link.

Try switching to an alternative payment method. If this does not help, contact Apple Support:

1. Follow the link. 
2. Type in your question in the pop-up window.
3. To contact Support directly, select the Chat or the Call option at the bottom of the page.
4. Follow the provided instructions and wait for the answer.
