Sometimes you can run into technical difficulties while playing Island Questaway. This article provides basic troubleshooting steps that help solve most technical issues.
- Check if your computer meets the minimum requirements of the game:
- CPU released in 2016 or newer;
- GPU released in 2013 or newer;
- 8 GB of RAM;
- An up-to-date browser: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Opera;
- Windows 8.1.
- Clear your browser cache. It will help your browser update all outdated or corrupted files:

2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
3. Set the Time range setting to All time.
4. Put a checkmark in the Cached images and files option.

- Your operating system and browser should be up-to-date to ensure stable performance. Check if there are any updates to your current browser or try a different browser.

Internet Explorer is no longer supported. If you are using this browser and experiencing technical issues, try switching to Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- If none of the above helps, contact Support. Describe the issue you have encountered in detail. Our specialists will review your inquiry.
- If you use VPN services, try temporarily disabling all of them and check if your connection has improved.
- If you do not use VPN services, install and enable a VPN plugin and check if your connection has improved.
- Try contacting your Internet service provider. Send them a direct link to the game and ask if there are any restrictions from their side that can be eliminated.

To enter fullscreen mode, click the button with four arrows in the upper-left corner.

To turn game sounds off:

In addition, you can mute any tab in your browser by right-clicking the game tab and selecting the Mute tab option (in some browsers — Mute site).
To change the sound volume, adjust the volume level settings of your PC.
Island Questaway is available in the following languages:

Other languages may be added in future updates.
The game automatically updates language settings based on the language of your browser. Select the tab with the name of your browser to view the instructions.
On Mac and other Linux-based systems, Google Chrome automatically updates language settings based on the language selected for your PC. Thus, to change the language of your browser, you need to switch your system language.
To change the language on a Windows computer, do the following:

The browser version of the game was designed and optimized for PC. If you want to play on a mobile device, you can download Island Questaway from Google Play Store or App Store.
Note
There is no progress synchronization between the PC and mobile versions of the game. If you have an account on a PC and download the mobile app, you will start a new account.
